ドメーヌ・ド・ユノハラは、長野県松本市里山辺地区「湯ノ原」にあるワイナリーです。
地名のとおり古くからの温泉地“ユノハラ”は、信州の豊かな時間が育んだ食材を楽しめることから、いい時間と食が味わえる「おもてなしの土地」として、たくさんの旅人が訪れる里山時間を刻んできました。
また、葡萄づくりに適した土地では何世代にもわたり名産品として知られる「山辺葡萄」の栽培が行われ、北アルプスを望む緑色の扇状地は夏から秋にかけて、甘くノスタルジックな葡萄の匂いに包まれます。
この「おもてなしの里」に流れる贅沢な時間を、さまざまな土地の皆さまに一本のワインを通してお届けしたい。
そんな思いで私たちは日々畑に出て葡萄を育て、大切に丁寧に醸造を行っています。
その一杯が「ユノハラだね。」と言っていただけるような、美味しい時間をぜひ味わって下さい。
DOMAINE DE YUNOHARA is a winery located in YUNOHARA,in the Satoyamabe district of Matsumoto City, Nagano, Japan.
True to its name, YUNOHARA has long been a historic onsen town.
Blessed with the rich nature of Shinshu and its seasonal bounty,it has welcomed generations of travelers who come to savor time and food, in the rhythm of Satoyama life.
Beyond its legacy as a land of hospitality, this area is also ideally suited for viticulture,having nurtured generations of grape growing.
Here, on a verdant alluvial fan overlooking the Northern Alps,Yamabe grapes – renowned as a local specialty – have long flourished.
From summer through autumn, the air is filled with their sweet, gently nostalgic aroma.
With the hope of delivering a truly special moment through each bottle,we return to our vineyards each day and craft our wines with care.

私たちのワイナリーと葡萄園のある「山辺」は、日本の多くの畑を占める火山灰土壌とは異なり、火山灰の影響の少ない褐色森林土に根ざしています。昼夜の寒暖差が大きく、年間を通して降水量が少ないこの環境のもとで、葡萄は健やかに育ち、凝縮した果実を実らせます。山辺の里が育てたワインの豊かな風味をぜひご堪能ください。
Unlike the volcanic ash-rich soils that dominate much of Japan, our vineyards are rooted in brown forest soils with minimal volcanic influence. Marked diurnal temperature shifts and low annual rainfall create ideal conditions, while the soil’s stable structure supports healthy vines and gives rise to fruit of remarkable concentrati on. Savor the expressive character of our wines.

ドメーヌ・ド・ユノハラのワインになる葡萄たちは、美味しいワインになるためだけに専用の葡萄園で栽培されています。その土地に適した栽培方法を、自分の畑で一年を通して作業を行いながら最適解を考える。情報の取捨選択は常に、でも試すことができるのは一年で一回きり。畑とワイナリーを往復する忙しい毎日です。
At DOMAINE DE YUNOHARA, our grapes are grown exclusively in dedicated vineyards, solely for the purpose of becoming great wine. By working our own vineyards throughout the year, we continuously seek the best approach suited to this place. Each decision is deliberate, yet tested only once per season. From vineyard to winery, we move relentlessly ‒ never compromising.

ワインづくりは葡萄の品質が9 割と言われますが、残り1 割が10 点にもマイナス90 点にもなるのが｢醸造｣です。だから毎年少しずつ違う葡萄の出来に合わせ、化学で、頭で、味覚で判断しながら最良の選択をする。美味しいワインは生きものだと思います。
